As well as a holding pan with perforated oil separation sheet, the RWYN-640 has chip bag holding compartment. It’s stainless steel structure includes heavy duty castors, and a storage cabinet. The RWYN-640 chip scuttle consists of an overhead gantry with heat lights, in edition to an element situated in the base. The element can be controlled separately to the lighting, allowing the operator to control the amount of heat required. With easy access from 3 sides and large 8kg storage pan this unit is essential for any restaurant, café or canteen.
